Kulim Merdeka Convoy & Family Day

We, Kulim Telugu Youth, PTM Kulim Main committee & Mahila plan to organize “Merdeka Convoy & Family Day Gathering” as one of the our yearly activity among members.
Ø Our Objective:-
To cultivate good relationship and get to know with all our TAM Kulim Branch main team members Yuvajana Brindham & Mahila’s. We believe it will strengthen our Kulim branch.
Program: MERDEKA CONVOI & FAMILY DAY
Date : 31th AUG 2010
Time : 0730am (sharp).
Place : Gather in Mini Stadium Keladi for car convoy & lead to Kulim Hi-Tech Park for Fly Day
Attire : Please wear sports attire as we r having several games on that day
Ø Agenda which will took place:-
1) Exercise / Jogging / walking
2) Games for adults
3) Games for Mahilas
4) Games for Children
5) Fun activities for youths
6) Breakfast preparation
7) Brainstorming & emphasizing with all the participants on ‘An Evening With Prime Minister’ by Chairman.
Ø We plan for ‘potluck’ food whereby all members will bring food & share in the event. We had wonderful food variety & taste in last year event.

As most of us are aware that census has started today and will end on 22 Aug 2010. Most the 0ficers must inform to change to Telugu with 6180 code and he changed. because some of them not aware of such existence of Telugu.
Please insist for Ethnic Telugu....do mention the code 6180 too.

3) Thanks for holding a great event – my wish is that this programme will now circulate among all the branches in the country. This way there will be a swayamwaram every 2 months or so and provide opportunities for our youth throughout the country to find suitable spouses within our community. Lastly please maintain the data base and make it available to those other branches that host such events in future!

Pelli ChupuLu - Kulim Suyamvaram
Namaskaram,
I would like to update the result of Svayamvaram ( Pelli Chupulu ).
We received total 38 applications.
Boys : 27
Girls : 11
Based on individual Latchanam (poruthaLu), we chose suitable candidates. Among 38 candidates; 23 of them get suitable partners.
We had given them the contact info to both Parties for further clarification.
For the rest 15 candidate we will try to update them in future for any matching.
Total about 150 people attend this function, and Kulim Chairman Sri Ganesan garu
Said that Kulim Branch will organize this Svayavaram as annual event.
Ø Lunch provided to all
Ø Special Thanks to our TAM President for gave us ultimate support and contribution for this event.
Ø Heartiest thanks to Nat.Youth Chief Sri Venkat, for given encouragement to the entire TAM branch Youths to join this ‘’svayamvaram’’. And he request Kulim Youths to explain and give pamphlets about “An Evening with PM”,to all people attended.
Ø Srimati Durga Priya gave very good speech / explanation about Telugu Wedding and the process with wedding telemovie.
Ø Great thanks to TAM (HQ) Treasurer Sri Ramarao garu for gave us, very well

Ø Our past President Sri Murthy garu said, this is very good program for our community. He thanked to Kulim Youths and Mahilas for organized it.
Ø To make all the parents feel themselves more enjoyable we arranged parents day with small games for them.
Ø All the parents went back with happiness in their face.

Today is Last for submit all the Svayamvaram forms. So far we about 41 submissions and many parents do call and will walk in tommorow Morning.
Registration will start 10.00am and Lunch will be provided to all .
